Items and all accessories, labels and packaging must be returned.

Exceptions include special promotional items and customized items (personalized items), which are not eligible for refunds.

    Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
    Returning Your Item: Please return your item to the address we provide as instructed. Please retain proof of mailing for future reference.
  2. Refund Processing Time
    Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be received depending on your bank or payment provider.
  3. Shipping Policy
    The refund will only include the sales price of the item. If your order includes shipping costs, shipping costs are generally not refundable. Shipping costs incurred during the return process are also borne by the customer, unless the return is due to us sending the wrong item or the item is defective.
  4. Defective and Damaged Items
    If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will be responsible for replacing the item or refunding the full amount including shipping costs.
